Yeah, we can talk privately. Do you want to meet up somewhere?

All right, let's meet at Elder Mother Station and we can walk to the Prancing Pony. You'll know it's me because I'll be in a white leather vest.

[ And true to her word, Sharon is waiting on a bench at the station, scrolling through her relic, dressed in a white leather vest over a bright orange/red hoodie. ]

[ Soma's hard to miss; that white trench coat of his can be spotted from a mile away. He approached her casually, hands in the pockets of his coat. ]

Sharon? Hi, I'm Soma.

[ She snapped her relic shut when he approached and slipped it into a pocket as she stood, offering him a soft, easy grin. ] It's nice to meet you, Soma. [ She gestured with her head in the direction they needed to go before she began to guide them to the local tavern. ]

So... [ Conversational and curious, gaze on him. ] Why'd you want the conversation to be private?

[ Soma fell easily in step with her, hands in his pockets, his gaze focused on the path ahead. A serious, thoughtful look was on his face, trying to parse how he was going to answer. ]

It's... something I want to get off my chest. I thought being in a place where people didn't know would be fine, but it's just made me feel worse.

[ He let out a heavy sigh. ]

When you mentioned Alucard, I had a feeling I could trust you.

[fogsong]

[ She listens thoughtfully, curiosity growing. She could relate some and offered a nod of understanding. ]

Didn't realize being friends with Alucard made me trustworthy. Can't imagine he'd approve of hearing that. [ Then again, the Alucard she knew had some trust issues. She stuffs her hand into her vest pockets. ] You're not a dhampir like him, are you?

No, no I'm human.

[ For the most part; did he qualify as a full human if he could become the Dark Lord when pressed too hard? Sometimes he didn't know, just like he didn't know how to parse some of the memories he had. He knew Alucard and Arikado were the same person, but he hadn't had the nerve to tell him so. ]

But, uh... I figured you'd at least understand a little bit about... what I am.

[fogsong]

[ That further ignites her curiosity, dark brow raising as she looks over him. ] And what are you? [ Human. But more than that, maybe, somehow. ]
