I don't know if I remember my exact birthday. I'll have to think about it.

So this guy did something nice but didn't want other people to call him nice? Then he should have kept it a secret.

My coming was memorable enough I do.

He could only accomplish this nice thing by convincing others to help with it. Thus the secret was only kept from the birthday boy. He's either in denial or that is so normal where he's from it's no longer even considered nice.
