I guess that depends on what it was supposed to be in the first place. I've seen sandwiches that were ashes.

Well, you generally have a one in four chance of it being fairly decent. It's the other three times you should worry about. Do you have a healer on hand? Or maybe a Poison Bottle or Panacea?
