Lying liars. Don't listen to them. They clearly don't know what to do with carbohydrates. It's not lounge about on a fainting couch drawling one liners food. They're one of an athlete's best friends.

That's one way. A lot of exercise you can do about anywhere with enough floor space to fit you lying down.

Sword fighting is the best, but I'm not saying sword fighting. Pushups. Planks. Sit ups.

Here there's also plenty of space for jogging. There's so many possibilities.
