Why is the best advice always the hardest advice to follow?

Anyway the point may actually be moot because it turns out there is a good reason I don't normally drink and it is that last night I apparently texted all three of them "sorry I kissed you but it was good"

Awkward but honest, that's not as bad as it could be.

And it's hard because it's a risk. Risks are scary when they truly matter. That's my opinion on it.

Thank you for your assessment. I respectually disagree and will be locking this device away from myself on the off-chance I decide to think one of those things again.

Which is to say, you're right, and that's absolutely a reason I should just do it. What kind of a knight is afraid of risk?

Oh sure, take precautions on the future. But don't discount you did better than you thought you would, you know?

It's about what kind of person you want to be. Not what others in your role would do. It's like champions of the gods. None of us are like our predecessors. We are the champion of this era. Not the last.

But there are standards that we must live up to all the same. There is a code I must follow, and there are expectations I have to meet.

Not about this, granted. I have no idea what the expectations are around any of this.

Of course there's a code. It makes sense but how you follow that code is up to you isn't it? It's not the basis for life just things to abide by.

I think for this, it's up to you. Your code if you will.

You’re welcome. Saving someone else from the mess I made before I got things right is worth it.

That and figuring ourselves out helps with a bit of talking to other people. Or so I’ve seen.
