I have no idea, to be honest with you. Or if they'd listen to my call. I'd like to worry about them less, except I've met them so it's like...I can't deny the Astrals are there.

Yeah, I guess so. It's hard to know how to deal with them. I'm pretty mad at them on a personal level, but then there's the whole everything is bigger than my personal life thing.

Astrals are kind of a pain in the ass. A lot of people believe they've abandoned us at this point, but unfortunately I know better.

Are you so mighty or they so petty that they would feel the need to punish you for not leaving them offerings?

It sounds to me as though a lot of people should've stopped already.

Petty, if you want the blasphemous opinion. They're all to willing to sacrifice us all for some game we don't understand. That's what I think anyway.

Is it petty or isn't it? If they're sacrificing you for some greater good you can't understand (and they won't sacrifice you unless it helps), how petty is that? Now if they'll fuck up their own game out of pettiness...

It raises questions about the 'game' either way.

I don't think they took people into account, they're sacrificing us for some reason, the entire star in fact. The curse got worse and worse until it's about as bad as it can get and then with Noct's sacrifice, it's supposed to go back to normal.

It's not gonna be normal for anyone after all that.

Indifference. Like nature, except since they're people or something like it, as gods, that's a lot easier to get pissed off at.

What does 'not normal' mean here?

A lot of people died. Those that didn't spent their time fighting, or hiding. Kids born in the last ten years never saw the sun. I mean, really not normal.

Oh those poor children. There was no way out for them—to another world? That's an awful lot of awfulness for everyone to go through.

Yeah, things are really rough on Eos. There's no way to escape the star. I'm here and I couldn't tell you how.

I could take or leave it. Noct is here, so I'm more inclined to be here, but outside of that I'm not that bothered being at home. There's things I could do.

Well, I mean...I hope so.
