Tea is usually my go-to but you also can't go wrong with some quality oat milk! You really don't have to go out of your way though, sweet as it is.

yeah energy burns faster cause of the improved metabolism, so I have to keeping eating or I'll tire out pretty quick. it's similar for Steve, but I think he doesn't need as much. mine's a knock off, so.

and don't be silly! I wanna visit that sheep again anyway. 🙂

I would say you're lucky you can eat so much but still look as you do, but I know it can't be all roses and butterflies to have to keep up with it.
