[ Or more, it was a selfish thing for him to say. His primary reasoning for Baphomet deserving to live more than a lot of people is because he's his friend. Tech Boy doesn't have a lot of those so the ones he has obviously he wants to keep for as long as possible. But he backpedals in the end. There's no space for sentimentality to poison this. but yeah. it was the christian version of hell. that lucifer was pretty shit at ruling things tho. there were constant power struggles and demons trying to take over every month. you could set a clock by it, really.
