I think all people lose their baby teeth eventually. I wouldn't say some.

But perhaps we just don't say that we're losing our baby bones, when in fact we are. They're made of the same stuff, aren't they?

I don't think so. When you're making a potion that asks for bones, and you use teeth, it definitely doesn't go right. They must be different somehow.

To be honest, I don't know how many I expected there to be. I'm no synthesis expert, but I don't think there are very many combinations calling for monster bones.

Why were you thinking about skeletons?

Monster bones, witch bones, demon bones, human bones, fairy bones, elf bones. Enough variation of bone types mean different combinations.

Just something I think about sometimes. Skeletons don't come up as often here as they do in the Demon Realm.

so many kinds of bones, and he's still not entirely clear on the biological differences between humans and witches, and he's also fairly sure demons are just a type of monster, but, well, that's semantics and beyond him anyway. ]

Out of curiousity I may regret: how frequent of a topic were they for you at home? Because, honestly, I only very rarely thought about skeletons at home, even when helping to heal them.

Really common. I didn't expect to see so few skeletons or bones in general here.
