We have multiple Baals ;) here we're talking about Baal Hammon, the Carthaginian God of the sky, weather, lightning, rain, wind, fire, vegetative fertility, sacrifice and King of the Gods; and Sakhmet, the Egyptian Goddess of the sun, wrath, war, destruction, plagues, sex, healing, protection and kingship.

Baal talks a big game, does the responsible king deal, but is as problematic as the rest. Child sacrifice is never a good look.

Sakhmet was heavy on hedonism and following your instincts and emotions, whatever they be.

Yes, and Odin built himself a palace as his modern day Valhalla. Never spent much time there personally, but to each their own.
