yeah i know but we grew up together. i haven't seen him since we graduated high school, but i try to keep tabs on him so that he doesn't end the world or something.

I wouldn't want anything to do with my childhood bully. I finally ran into him again when I went back to where I grew up and he was still as much of a horse's ass as he was back then.

I only ever put up with him because I had a crush on his younger brother.

Was it a serial killer? For us, it was just the mascot of our kids' soccer team, that Sparrow drew a picture of. We didn't realize it was anything more than that until much later.

Me and Goose'sy? Yeah, we did. He was sort of my first boyfriend. I'd sneak out to meet him on the edge of town whenever I could get away from my dad.

[ That was so long ago now... Henry forgot to ask Horse'sy how Goose'sy was doing when he was back in Oakvale. They kind of had bigger fish to try, at the time, but now he's wishing he had. ]

LOL. I guess it kind of was. We were just dumb teenagers. I don't know if it would have actually gone anywhere if I'd stayed in Oakvale.
It definitely wouldn't have if my dad ever found out.

we literally had to use time travel and a set of magic bracelets to stop my dad from kidnapping his own grandkids and using them for some bizarre ritual to make himself immortal.

It's fine, they're safe now.

Or... They're back home on Earth, at least. I don't know how safe home is going to be after what happened right before Thirteen grabbed me, but. At least, they don't have to worry about their grandfather.

Remember the Doodler I told you about? Right before Thirteen took me, my son Lark kind of... Released it.
