I think that's something we should find out and soon because I don't think I've wanted anything more than a multi-dimensional cheeseboard. Preferably labeled. But if we can't, I'd be happy to request some of my favorite cheeses from home. It'd be a neat cultural exchange.

Sharon this may be one of the best conceived ideas to grace Folkmore. We have to do it. I've tried so many cheeses, I'd love to share them.

What are your favorites?

I'm pretty simple when it comes to my cheese. I like ones that pair well with fruits, like brie, which is a cow's cheese and it's kind of soft, or white cheddar, which is a harder, kind of tangy cheese with a bit of bite. But the best of the best, the comfort cheese of my childhood, is something called American cheese. It's super processed so I can't even tell you how they make it but it makes the best grilled cheese sandwich.

American isn't something you'd put on a cheese board, though.

Your white cheddar sounds like jerba cheese. It's really good in omelets. I remember when I was a youngling omelet morning in the cafeteria was always the best day. Falumpaset is really good too, tangy and nutty, and it's really crumbly.

I'm guessing cafeteria eggs are a lot better where you come from or jerba cheese is top-tier cheese. Either way, I need to try these.
