What does pan mean in this context?

[Rezo's best guess, derived from the fact that "pan" normally means "container" is that Esteban has gone and announced "I'm a bottom! :D" except the phrasing makes it sound like Esteban thinks this might contradict somehow with being gay, which. Makes no sense.]
