We are sorry to see you go! We hope you enjoyed your time in Folkmore. Be aware that if you drop entirely (all characters) from Folkmore you will need to be invited back in.

Please let us know you are dropping in the appropriate section below so we can process your drop.

When a character is dropped, the character will become stardust and return to space. It is unknown if the characters goes home or if they go elsewhere in the universe.

Characters will know when a character has been dropped. They will see their close CR appear to them as a stardust-type ghost, waving, before they vanish. Alternatively, they will see that their Foxi profile is no longer accessible.

Hiatus

Characters on hiatus have two options: they can either go about their daily lives or fall into a deep coma, their bodies shining like starlight, suspended in the air.

We do not allow hiatuses with an estimated period of 3+ months. If you frequently take hiatuses and spend more time on hiatus than in the game, we may ask you to drop until things have cleared up. This is in fairness to other players. We are always willing to make accommodations for unique exceptions: please just let a mod know either on this page or privately.

If on hiatus, the player will not have to check in manually; the mods will take care of it.

Player: Nat
Character Name: Toge Inumaki
Update Details: Thanks to the current trial, Toge will be making the switch from Familiar to Myth. For quite some time now he's been exhibiting myth-like behaviour, shifting from someone who goes along with the flow at home, to someone who is ready to dismantle the whole system and burn it to the ground. He has some similar feelings about Folkmore, rewriting the status quo so people don't have to suffer to be there. It is not entirely unexpected - in the future of this canon, this is in fact the trajectory he takes after his current canon point as they work to destroy the corrupted systems and try and save the world, intending on building it back up to something far less wicked.
Mental or Physical Changes: Instead of being able to sport his cute tanuki ears and tail, he will be sporting curled horns that tuck behind his ears, sharpened teeth and nails, as well as a demon-like tail.
Power Changes: Saying goodbye to his Familiar powers means saying goodbye to his Familiar bonds with Maki and Yuta. He'll have improved darkvision, threat detection and enhanced speed.
