I figured all I had to do was hold that stupid spoon, think real hard about it and something will show up. Either a jerrycan or a wholeass gas station on legs or something.

Gas station sounds expensive, though I guess you could think real hard about a full tank. I guess I didn't have to think about it, since I never had an empty tank.
