You'll split the stick at the end, wedge the knife blade in there, THEN tie a rope around it.

Gimme a second, I'm trying to decide if stabbing someone with a piece of bone is cooler than stabbing them with a nice, shiny blade.

Makes a better concealed blade. Doesn't flash like metal. You use the right piece of bone it'll hold the edge better too.

He's a Mandalorian.

Their religion is about battle and armor and weapons. Don't know all the details myself but you can try asking him.

Who knows? He might like a chance to talk about it.
