it's one of a dozen insidious confectionaries peddled by little girls who come to your house or accost you at the grocery store and make you feel bad for not giving them your money because then they can't go on a camping trip or whatever which is STUPID because camping is free!

they're not as bad as the batterwitch, she turned out to be an evil alien dictator, but i wouldn't be surprised if they took inspiration from her.
