TEXTS FROM LAST NIGHT

Welcome to Folkmore's Texts From Last Night meme! This meme can be used as a branch off from our Test Drive Memes and be used as game canon or just for casual fun in the setting! You do not need to be in our game or be invited to play on our TFLN. This can be a great way to meet current players for future invites, get a feel for the setting, or just have some fun.
This can be used for samples on our applications and used as spoons for players accepted into the game!

I couldn't agree more. Going to the academy is one thing—have you tried that yet, by any chance? The sheer amount of weaponry there rivals the royal armory at home.

Now that you've mentioned their weaponry, perhaps I should make a point to go sooner rather than later.
Royal armory?

The armory at Zaphias Castle, I should say, which was really the Imperial armory, under the purview of the knights rather than His Highness Ioder.

I see. Is that your home?

INFO DUMP........... apologies haha
That's a hard question. Zaphias is a very large city, and the part of it I hail from is very different than the part I'm now stationed in. Since it's the Imperial Capital, it has both walls and a barrier to protect it from monsters. The barrier comes from Zaphias Castle itself, and surrounds the Sword Stair. The castle is on a hill in the center of the city, and from there it is divided into quarters, descending downward. Surrounding the castle is the royal quarter, followed by the noble quarter. The houses there are absurdly large, but it seems that only one family occupies them at a time.
Once you go down another level, you'd be in the Citizen's Quarter, where most of the merchants and the markets can be found. It's full of fountains and benches.
Below that is the Lower Quarter. I would be willing to bet that most people in Zaphias live there, but it's the part with the least amount of space. We are closest to the walls, and our canals are full of the runoff from the rest of the city. Since it's so far from the castle, it's usually in disrepair, but it's a wonderful community.
never apologize!!
Faerghus is not nearly as large and we do not have to worry about monsters in such a way that we require barriers.
What part of it do you live in?

I come from the Lower Quarter, even if I live in the Royal Quarter at the moment.
