TEXTS FROM LAST NIGHT

Welcome to Folkmore's Texts From Last Night meme! This meme can be used as a branch off from our Test Drive Memes and be used as game canon or just for casual fun in the setting! You do not need to be in our game or be invited to play on our TFLN. This can be a great way to meet current players for future invites, get a feel for the setting, or just have some fun.

This can be used for samples on our applications and used as spoons for players accepted into the game!

That's very good to know, for later. So long as it comes out, Henry.

They're all temporary! They'll last a few shampoos at most.

I assume that it is for decorative purposes and not anything else.

I wonder what I would look like with blue streaks in my hair....

Exactly! It's just for those moments when you feel like experimenting with self expression.

I think you'd look pretty neat with some blue streaks! They'd offset the feathers you wear real nicely!

Perhaps. I might even be able to convince Vax to do something like that too.

What do you think he would look like with any sort of color in his ensemble? It's been so long since I've seen it that I forget what the last thing he wore that wasn't black looked like.

I think a little pop of color would really brighten Vax's whole look, whether it's in his hair or his wardrobe! I know rogues need to be sneaky, but you don't need to wear black to go unnoticed. My pal Ron was the rogue of our party and he used to just hide inside a pair of pants and slip past guards all the time.

It wouldn't be so bad if his armor wasn't a gift from his patron goddess. Something, something, ravens, blah, blah, blah. Everything is black and red because death.

It's all very on brand, but before he started wearing that particular armor, he favored other dark colors anyway. Not that he needs it, he and I have had the same training as children and I'm as good at hiding as he is.

If not better.

Hehe, I bet you two had some killer games of hide and seek as kids!

I don't know, I've never been a big armor guy. But it seems to me like adding a little flourish, like a colorful armband or something, wouldn't take away from the armor's effectiveness in any way. Like throwing a jersey on over some football padding, to use a sports metaphor.

Well, we did grow up next to a bog, so it was interesting. It's where I first learned to track, actually. But our games of hide and seek included all of the children in our village.

I suppose that's true. A little flourish couldn't hurt.

But I'm not at all sure what in the world football is.
