We do not require traditional "activity" check-ins, but we do require an interest check-in to ensure that our players are present and still interested in the characters they play.

You will be required to check-in during the 1-5th of the month. If you cannot access a computer during this time, please let a mod or friend know so they can check-in for you. On the 5th, an Activity Check reminder will go up.

You must check in your individual characters. If you fail to check in with any characters, they will be swept from the game.

If you missed check-in due to extenuating circumstances, please contact the mods ASAP and let them know the situation.

If we notice any concerning patterns with the same players missing check-ins and being swept from the game or being irresponsible with check-ins or squatting we will contact the player directly. This may include restrictions from reapplication into the game or actual activity requirements.

Hello,

I kind of had a bad month and didn't take a hiatus when I should have. Is there a way to accept a strike for the month? Or are there other workarounds?

I'll certainly try to get some threads going, but I worry it may be too late to get any proper responses.

Summarized Activity: Dabi agreed to stay with Hawks permanently to avoid having to deal with his own place (and to avert the urge to steal for his survival). Made a few friendly contacts over the network, chief among them being the android, Ash Starmer, who introduced Dabi to a few more aspects about the place.

Summarized Activity: aether's been a busy guy this month! it was his first month at folkmore. he met several of his friends and people from teyvat. he's currently living with albedo and being his lab assistant. he tried finding paimon but it doesn't seem like she's here. he attended the ball 👀!! and he completed the trial with kaeya. he got himself a jirachi who's dormant and name is tbd as his reward. thus is a life of a main character in folkmore.

Summarized Activity: Yuu has been mostly just settling in this month as he just arrived this month so Spooky Vibes is all he knows for Folkmore at the moment. Which is. Fun. Yes. He has been figuring learning more about this place/starting to chat to people/make idk maybe friends??? It's a work in progress. He is looking into the fighting school because of course he is (that shounen protag energy).

Character Name: Ken Kaneki

Summarized Activity: The month wasn't so bad at first. The fog made it scary because it exposed Kaneki's inhuman nature, but most people were kind about it. He grew more obsessed with Dirk during the month due to Baba Yaga's effects (and because they are In Love) and had to deal with an obsessed Sunny/Omori in return. The party was very nice, kaneki was bold enough to ask some people to dance, even those he's never met before! How forward. At the end of the month he was brought to Baba Yaga's school and was killed by the Basilisk once but ended up joining Thena and managed to survive afterwards.

The game is Check-in only, therefor there is no activity requirements nor a strike system. Even if you weren't able to do much during this month, you may simply state during AC that your character went about their daily life, if you'd like. Another option is to have them fall into a deep coma as per the hiatus page.

Summarized Activity: Wanda has just arrived to Folkmore and is getting used to a world that doesn't see her as a weapon of mass destruction. To do this she's keeping the full extend of her powers to herself. She's moved into the Avengers compound, into her old room and was then sucked into the event's ball EVERY NIGHT for the duration of the month. It's like a glamorous frustrating groundhog day.

Summarized Activity: Anne-Marie was forced to attend the event's ball for one night but otherwise tried her best to stay out of the way of the chaos of the ghouls and frights surrounded Folkmore. By trying to remain out of the way her home came alive and Anne-Marie was trapped inside. Not having too many 'friends' in Folkmore, she reached out to the first person who came to mind.

Character Name: Keyleth of the Air Ashari
Player Name: Gracie
Summarized Activity: Those of Vox Machina have obtained Grayskull Keep and Keyleth has been using her druidic magic to personalize the keep in order to reflect the needs of Folkmore. She's gone through the trial twice. Her first journey through the trial taught her how to keep quiet with Vex at the lead, in which she received a baby Bandersnatch. The second time through the trial she learned a bit more about daggers and combat from Vax who she began soul-bounded with. This trial taught her an arcane cantrip called Blooming Blade, that combines magic with the art of daggers. She's also keeping Vex's bakery going whenever things AREN'T going crazy.

Character Name: Sunny.
Player Name: Ashu.
Summarized Activity: Sunny is sitting back and slowly reverting into his shut-in ways again. However, he talked about the adoption magic with Kaneki and they became brothers (or will become brothers once I count his spoons.) Omori, Sunny's alter ego came out during the Halloween event to do some crimes and cause trouble, interacting with Sunny's CR and slowly revealing some of the repressed memories Sunny has. Sunny will not remember his time as Omori and neither will he remember the conversations he has had.
