shurajodo and Yuki Minano laststoryteller are putting on. The concert will be running on the 19th of May, and the fully optional effects will last up to a week, though the ramifications and happenings afterwards can last longer than that!

INFECTION
As an Influencer Handead, Gara is able to undo the programming of those that were born brainwashed at the hands of a long-gone dictator. He does this with his singing voice, and its to the point that he has a natural need to sing and perform.
With Yuki's birthday having passed, Gara wanted to write the perfect song for him.
Now at the concert they're putting on with the other Handead and a few special guests, Gara will be performing this song for the first time. The concert is being held at the edge of Cruel Summer, and will feature many acts with short sets.
Gara's nature as a Myth, intersecting with his natural traits as an Influencer Handead, are so far unknown to him; what happens unwittingly is the incitement of obsessive love in others upon hearing his voice. This can be any sort: romantic, Familiar-to-Legend or Myth, familial, friends, strangers, or directed at the performers themselves.

THE CRESCENDO
After the song is over, characters may begin to feel this adoration for another that is either on their mind or in their vicinity, but it builds slowly. Its up to player choice how it manifests and builds, but over the course of a week or so they'll begin to feel more and more obsessed and adoring.
The IC ways to combat this will be:
The various schools will also be a safe haven from the feelings.
Should this obsession be fought against particularly hard, characters will begin to feel sluggish and, well, zombie-like. Over the same time period, they'll form into a Zendead, which is just an animated corpse (that doesn't want to eat people, though)!

• Through the use of Lore
• Through a bite from the object of their obsession (this is how the un-brainwashed are then converted to Handead in his world)
• Through strong, heartfelt words or a song from the object of their affection.

Lovestruck or object?: object of yuki's affection and immune to the effects of his own powers, but i want things to get messy for him. i'm ok with more folks getting attached
Ideas/plans: a lot i'm talking about with yuki's player, but basically he's gonna be kinda into it from yuki ... until he learns that other people are being afflicted with his voice.
then it'll be kinda horrifying for him and he'll try to fix it while tending to yuki ... kinda freegaming lol let's go

Lovestruck or object?: lovestruck! specifically obsessed with atsuhide but i'm ok with others being obsessed with him too :-)
Ideas/plans: he's going to have a mild go/short run of it given that he and atsuhide aren't nearly as gremlin as gara and yuki. he'll seek to help people out as best he can and might offer some solutions!

Performer/help/attendee?: Performer! He's pretty talented with a guitar or drums, so he'd be hype to perform!
Lovestruck or object?: Lovestruck, looking to find an object of affection! Rich is... very sweet and shy romantically, but the longer he'd go on without attention the more violent he's likely to be. And as a reformed bully, he can be a bit of an asshole.
Ideas/plans: Not entirely sure! Rich will likely be trying his best to resist, unsure if it'll get to the point of him being a zombie, but he might. Well, um. Try what he did last time he was under something's control and try to burn something. The stage? The object of his affection? Himself? Unclear!
