His senses are stronger, he can shift outside of full moon times, and he's pretty athletic. Catch him doing parkour sometimes. Character Summary: Varen is a loyal and dedicated individual who has settled himself into a life of service as a bodyguard to the royal family in his native land. He's quiet, thoughtful, and is trying to lay low after the recent heartache of losing his love (the princess he was guarding) to a political marriage in a foreign land. Ordinarily he tries for a stoic, calm demeanor but werewolves are emotional creatures and right before the full moon is when that's the most intense. He's protective, cautious, and a little bit of a buzzkill because of it, though experience has proven that someone with enough charm can convince him to do nearly anything.

Recent Developments: The red scarf event helped him in a major way! He was forced to confront his heartbreak head on and accept that he can't keep wallowing in his hurt. He expects the woman he loves to move on and be happy, so he's going to try and do that too. Last month he was sent through the trial in the mansion and finds that he's pretty loyal to Thirteen because she's given him the opportunity to get over his pain. Goals For Your Character: To find people here he considers pack and to balance his emotions properly (knowing when to be open and when to hold back). Problems With Your Character: There will still be some lingering sadness over his lost love so there will be some sad moments for him, but from this point on he'll be slowly moving forward and healing.
