Yes! Tasty protein, not paste. I am going on a complete tour of all the food and also returning to favorites. I have a long way to go. Plus some people here can cook (wow), so that's even more food.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaa shitty god? IDK, I'm not convinced gods are inherently any better than humans/people/people with animal heads. Someone sucked. Which, IDK how large your island was, but I *get* it. I do. Even though I've been to space.
Soooooooo, theoretical question since we're you know here and not... where we came from, what turns on when you turn off "kill all titans"? Theoretical idea to consider (even if only back at with "kill all the titans"): if you don't get all of [insert group here], couldn't that mean... wow they're going to want to kill the fuck out of [responsible group here]? More war? Sometimes called for, but "everybody dies" is just dumb.
MMMmmmkay, no cultural norm. Didn't remember --> do remember? No shame. Like, I'm not going to eat my dad, personally, but my mom's skeleton became a leek farmer.
Necromancy is magic that uses energy from dying. Even while you're alive, like, cells die and stuff. That's some energy but less energy than a *whole person dying*. Bones are good long term storage if you don't want to use it all at once. Like a battery. Then you take that, and you do the magic stuff with it.
Such as the interstellar thing. Your island was (most likely, like I'd bet skipping meat for a day if I'm wrong confident) on a planet. When you look up, you see the sky and stuff ~*~beyond~*~ that's space. Everything is a looooong way away from each other, like longer than all around the planet. It could take so long everyone dies or the people who arrive are grandkids of those who left. Like wow, sucky right? So, one of the things our people did was using that death energy to *magically* get there faster. You know, more reasonably. Which means space and exploration yadda yadda yadda.
