Character Name: Henry Oak Character Age: ~37 Characer Species: 75% human, 25% wood elf (functionally human, just with sightly pointy ears) Character Details: Henry is blonde, white, cismale. He wears glasses but he doesn't actually need them to see, he just thinks they make him look smarter. He is also a vegan, which he WILL bring up at any opportunity. Character Summary: If Ned Flanders was an unwashed hippie druid who's simultaneously from the d&d universe and also San Dimas, California, but instead of perfect little angels his kids were literal embodiments of an eldritch god of pure chaos... That would be Henry.
Character Role: Legend Character Role Deets: Henry has two mismatched wings: one of a Horned Lark, and one of an Arabian Golden Sparrow. (I have commissioned art but it is still in progress.) Every time he casts a spell of 1st level or higher, a halo appears over his head. The halo is made of static you might see on a CRT TV, or dust on an old fashioned film reel. It kind of hurts to look at. When he gets emotional, his eyes glow and change color. I haven't my decided fully what emotions go with what colors, but every time he is angry, they go black and every time he is feeling extremely paternal, they glow purple. Character Living Quarters:tiny house in Talaria, with a rooftop garden. Character Schools: Mon/Wed, high school level Earth Sciences at Kuma Lisa. Tues/Thurs, beginner druid magic lessons at Baba Yaga. Details are here! Day to Day Life: Henry spends most of his time either teaching the above classes, practicing his own druidic magic skills, or checking in on his CR, especially the teens/young adults. He's happy to cook (vegan) meals for anyone who is having trouble feeding themselves.
Current Mindset/Health: Henry is in a fairly positive mindset, though he is a little wary of the trials after the disaster scenarios this month. He is in good health, having healed from the stab wound he had when he entered game. Recent Developments: Henry has recently had to face the fact that the teenagers around here are horny little fuckers, and there's nothing he can do about it. Β―\_(γ)_/Β― He's trying to work up the nerve to be more supportive about it, and to make himself available as a source of nonjudgmental wisdom and guidance. Goals For Your Character: I π WANT π HENRY π TO π ADOPT π THE π YOUTHS!! My main goals for Henry are to have him train people in druid magic, and have him be a father figure for anyone who needs one. Problems With Your Character: Henry's main struggle right now is missing his wife and kids. And then also the aforementioned struggle with trying not to narc on all these teens having sex.
Wanted CR: Potential adoptees, students, other adults for him to have some friendly relationships with where they're on more even footing. Unwanted CR: I'm not particularly interested in romance for Henry. While he and his wife are polyamorous, he would not want to take a new partner without being able to run it by her first. Open/Closed to New CR: Henry's still new here, so I'm very open to new CR!
