Despite the fact he's very much a modern teenager, he doesn't immediately go to snap pictures. The kind of people who do are the kind that enjoy selfies and things and Toge doesn't really take many pictures on his own.

No...but I'll be able to make them again sometime, I mastered the technique doing it again and again. It was pretty fun. I didn't win or anything. Still though. Some people said they liked them. That's good enough for me.
