It's harder to hold a conversation with him while moving, but not impossible, if one can read and walk. Toge can certainly type and walk. Can't all teenagers these days? But Toge didn't seem to feel the need to push for conversation. He was as comfortable as anyone could be in silence, but that was very normal for him.
