Ophelia had never had friends among Gertrude's other ladies, too interested in books and nature and adventure while their interests tended towards matrimony and matrimony alone. Though, she supposed she made a hypocrite of herself in the end, falling so hard for Hamlet that they were wed soon after their love bloomed.
