Welcome to the new schedule's Story of Us post where we get together to make game announcements, ask for any feedback or suggestions, and remind our players of upcoming dates! Especially since the dates have gotten a little weird this time around. Hang on to your hats, you'll get used to it. :)
Upcoming weather and information for the remainder of August and first half of September
🦊 August's weather continues to be on the foggy end, signifying that Baba Yaga controls this month too. And she most certainly does: she's out there walking along on her ambiguous number of legs, picking up and putting down students.
Or maybe she's socializing in her Thirteen form.
Or maybe it's both.
Want to study at Baba Yaga because the school stood next to you and would not walk away until you agreed to come in? This is the month for that.
🦊 As August fades into September, the weather shifts into a more simple feeling of warm and comfortable late summer temperature; the fog lifts in a mostly steady pattern. But in some places the fog doesn't so much go away as turn into … sparkly fog? Yes, there's a hint of glitter in the air for a bit in the last week of August and first week of September in areas of Exile, Epiphany and Cruel Summer before it vanishes into the warm weather patterns.
In Wintermute? The snow has crystalline sparkles forming whenever sunlight catches it. And anywhere that it rains, there's a bit more glint than usual to the drops.
🦊 The iteration in control of September won't be clear at first. The spirits don't even seem to completely know what's going on, but they aren't complaining. They seem pleased if anything, and shrug at the weather patterns. Pressing more will get the response that this is new, but that's exciting, isn't it?
🦊 Activity on the shores re: the vibrating/humming/surprise new shifting lake tides is nearly identical to last month, if not simultaneously stronger when it is present and less frequently occurring.
