Yokai are mystic beings who used to live in the Hidden City- it was a secret city just for them, that existed under the human city New York. Most yokai there had special abilities or powers, they could change shape or teleport, grow huge, control plants... they could do all kinds of things. And there was a whole section of the city called Witch Town, where witch yokai got together and used magic. There used to be witches in our old base, fighting with us against the Krang.
