The speaker looks... honestly, the guy looks like you could break him in half if you sneezed wrong. He's dressed very simply, greens and browns. The only remarkable thing is the dorky little monocle he's got.]
[And he's holding up a coat that looks suspiciously like tweed. Oh no.]
Change into this, if you please. [... It's easier to be suddenly invested in other peoples' outfits when your normal way of speaking to people is, well. That.] It's far more suited to cooler weather.
